Marco Concrete Lifting takes great pride in offering the Tri-State area a sound alternative to the high cost of replacing your sunken concrete.  The terms “Slabjacking”, “Mudjacking”, or “Pressure Grouting” can be applied to the process in which we raise sunken concrete.  Our experienced staff can evaluate your problem areas and devise a plan to raise the concrete to the desired level.

The Slabjacking process starts with strategically placed holes drilled in the concrete directly over any voids or sunken areas.  A grout slurry consisting of lime and cement is then mixed and pumped into these locations, raising the concrete with as little as 6 psi line pressure.  In order for Slabjacking to work effectively, at least a moderate level of structural integrity is necessary in the existing concrete slab.  If there are full cracks through the slab it is still possible to achieve the desired results due to the control our crews have over the line pressure and slurry thickness.  Slabjacking is a fairly quick procedure that disturbs the surrounding area very little.  A typical residential repair may require only a few hours to complete while a larger commercial job may take several days.  Walkways or other areas with foot traffic may be used as soon as the repair is completed while driveways or parking pads may require a waiting period of up to 24 hours.

As seen in these pictures, Marco Concrete Lifting can raise sunken concrete by way of Slabjacking with virtually no interruption in your daily business activity.
