Here you can see our volumetric mixing truck accepting materials then batching them onsite to our specs.  The mixture is then conveyed directly into the hopper of our pump for placement.	Prepairing to grout an old auger mine in order for a highwall mining machine to safely extract the coal which was well beyond the reach of the auger machines of the past.
A worker steadys a tremme pipe during a compaction grouting project in Wyoming county, WV. This project required 120 drillings and 600 cubic yards of grout.	Grout is delivered and conveyed into our concrete/grout pump.The grout is then pumped directly into the ground via a tremme pipe which is moved up in stages or "lifts" to achieve the proper compaction.
Gunite was used to seal a fan housing to a portal to stop any air leaks thus increasing the airflow.	Gunite application to stop erosion on a highwall above and around mine portals at a site in Fayette cointy, WV.
Shotcrete application to a highwall to stop rockfall and erosion.  Rock anchors and netting were also installed.  (click here for more photos of rock fall stabilization).
